Scenic Hills Venue Spaces

Pavillion

The Pavilion is the PERFECT place for a wedding ceremony, reception or special occasion with space for 75-100 guests. Designed for multi-season use, the venue features creative lighting, ceiling fans for freshly circulated air during warm months and a large fireplace for late year holiday events along with panoramic views.

Ballroom

The Ballroom features French doors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and large mantled fireplace. The design creates a charming, intimate space with plenty of space for 150-200 guests; perfect for any occasion

Grille

The Grille has been designed with a warm and contemporary feel, carefully designed to enable space yet intimacy. Dine while enjoying a panoramic view of the golf course. The most important aspect of any restaurant is the quality of food and service, and we are justifiably proud of both. Open daily to the public and we do accept large reservation requests.

Bar

The bar at Scenic Hills is the perfect setting for an ice cold beer on tap, a fabulous cocktail, a splash from our top-shelf spirits or a glass from the diverse wine list. Move to the patio & fire pit with cigars, enjoy the game on one of our big screens or simply catch up with friends & family! The conversation is always lively.

General Information

What is the cost for hosting an event at Scenic Hills Country Club?

Event pricing varies based on your specific needs. Meals start at approximately $20-25 per person. We offer custom menu options to suit your requirements and budget.

Can I bring outside food to my event?

Yes, outside food from a licensed caterer is allowed for an additional fee per person.

What is included in the menu packages?

Our menu packages include a beverage station, and meals for children four and under are complimentary. We also offer special pricing for children aged 5-12.

Is there a service charge for events?

Yes, there is a standard 22% service charge on all events. Please include this in your budgeting.

Payment & Deposits

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and checks for deposits and payments. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex are also accepted, but a 3% non-cash transaction fee applies.

Are the venue fee and deposits refundable?

No, all deposits and the venue fee are non-refundable.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Financing is available through Sweet Pay. Click here for more details.

What is the maximum capacity for events?

Our outdoor Pavilion can accommodate up to 100 guests.

What are the venue prices?

Monday thru Thursday: $2,000
Friday & Sunday: $2,500
Saturday: $3,000

What is included in the venue reservation fee?

The venue reservation fee includes:

Covered Outdoor Pavilion (4 Hour Event Duration)
Chairs & tables
All setup & cleanup (excluding decoration)
Custom-built menu with local fresh ingredients prepared by our culinary staff
Cake table & cutting service
Podium & guest sign-in table
All necessary tableware & white table linens with napkins
Audio/Visual equipment

How do I secure my event date?

To ensure your preferred date, we require a deposit and a signed agreement.

Can I visit the facilities before booking?

Yes, you are welcome to visit our facilities at the clubhouse. You can also schedule an appointment with us if you have specific questions or requirements.
